DGEL - Shine Drop

The all new DGEL Shine Drop collection are 12 beautifully curated ink colours + 1 Drop Blur**. This collection allows artists to create flawless pearl like water colour effects on the nails.

How to Use:

1. Shake well to mix contents before use.
2. Remove any oil, moisture or sticky layer before applying Shine Drop on to nail.
3. Create design with Shine Drop and use Drop Blur to blend the colour for desired look.
4. Allow Shine Drop to dry for 10-20 seconds.
5. Apply top coat to secure design.
